Russian ranks among top 5 European states by direct investment

MOSCOW, Jun 13 (PRIME) -- Russia has occupied the fifth position among European states in terms of projects with direct foreign investment in 2017, up by two positions from 2016, consulting company Ernst & Young said in a survey on Wednesday.

The number of jobs in such projects rose to over 25,000, up by more than 10,000 from 2016, according to the survey.

The share of projects involving direct foreign investment in Russia amounted to 4%.
